		<description>Personally, I think we should all spend some time commuting at 20mph on the thruway toward town in the morning. Simply brake slowly till you are at 20mph, and remain there for 1 or 2 minutes. If everybody does this traffic will come to a standstill, making everyone late, tens of thousands of them... If you do not think this will throw a wrench in the works think about the effect on companies that have their whole day thrown off schedule. It will cost them money, which will affect the tax receipts big time. The police will go crazy trying to move traffic. Every bottleneck takes time to get traffic back up to speed. Let 2% of drivers do this intermittently,every day, and Washington will have problems. 
In addition, any place where there is a radar or camera, do the same thing by rubbernecking. Trust me, the Powers-that-Be will get the word.</description>
